If I order the 48" wall unit, will the delivery person unload them on the carport as I cannot help due to back issues? Also the weight says 445 lbs. - what is the weight of the case without the glass shelves?

When you receive a Black 48" Wall Unit Display Case - Fully Assembled, item #65611, unfortunately, you will need to assist the truck driver with bringing the item off of the truck.
