Is the vertical pole a single piece, or does it come apart? Can part(s) of it be used without the other part(s)? I'm trying to find out whether it can be set up shorter (maybe 30" instead of 52"). Rotating Chrome Belt, Tie and Scarf Rack Specialty Racks
