Thank you for your inquiry. The Manual Door Chime cannot have any adapters attached to it as it does not use any batteries or connections to sound. I would suggest the Optex Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Alert Systems (sku 18160). This system has a receiver that you can carry with you from room to room so you will always be alerted to a customer's entrance into your location.
