What is the difference between the add-on unit and the starter unit? Does the add-on unit actually attach to the starter unit or are they just placed next to each other? Can an add-on unit be used as a stand alone unit?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Add-On Units cannot be used as a stand alone gondola unit. The Starter Units include pieces that are needed for a stand alone unit, the add on units attach to the starter unit. For every aisle you are creating you will need at least one starter unit.
