Thank you for your inquiry. The SSW Warranty is a 6 month extension of the manufacturer's warranty that is provided on the Steamer. If you have issues with this item you would want to ship it to us at our St. Louis, Mo location for repair if it is under warranty. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
