Thank you for your inquiry. The Double Loop Adhesive Sign holders are designed for the loops to adhere to themselves when they are wrapped around the display fixture such as wire grid panels. If you are searching for an item that will adhere to shelving I would suggest the Sku's 77002 Adhesive Grip Sign Holders or 77003 Flush Mount Adhesive Sign Holders; both of which can adhere to shelving to hold signs.
