Thank you for your inquiry. The Jiffy J-2000 Steamer features a plastic water reservoir, and takes 1-2 minutes to prepare for use. The Jiffy J-4000 features a Corrosion-proof internal 304 stainless steel boiler tank and heats within seconds. Both steamers offer 1 1/2 hours of steam time.
