Thank you for your request. The delivery option you would want to select to have the item offloaded and brought into your location would be the option with a Lift gate for delivery. This will automatically ensure that the driver is able to assist you with unloading the merchandise. We still request that you have at least two people available to assist the driver with unloading the merchandise from the freight shipment. If you are unable to have people available to assist with unloading you would want to request a driver assist with special handling for shipment, this will have your order reviewed and a special quote obtained for your delivery needs.
