When you google this rack it says delivery $14.95 but when I try to buy it's $140 to ship?

I do apologize for the conflicting information. The stocking rack is required to ship freight truck not ground due to the size of box the bottom basket has to ship in. Thank you for bringing this discrepancy to our attention, we are working to address and fix this.
