I received my salesman collapsible rack and tried to put it together. The top is too long and does not fit. Is there something that I'm not doing right? The pole extends to 38" but the top is as described 48". Couldn't find anywhere to adjust . View answer

This is Paul from two days ago. Thanks. IT was a two man job as one of us had to forcibly extend the two vertical bars while one of us inserted the top bar. Not as easy as the video but we did it!!!
