I have card boxes 6 x 4.5 x .75 ( 6 x 4 1/2 x 3/4). I just purchased elastic loops from you in 8 inch size. Is this the appropriate size for the box I already have? Is the 8 inch elastic the length untied or tied? Order # 9CW7PSUG.
