I bought a black four way grid tower - - Right from the start the wheels never screwed in - the holes the wheels went into were a little loose - could not be screwed in. Perhaps that the is how it is but it is impossible to turn it. What do I do?

I see in the other comments that this is an ongoing issue with this unit, but there were no instructions in the box and the PDF link provided as a reply by Store Supply Warehouse does not work.

Ordered the 4 way grid base with casters on 9-22 invoice number 5705348-01. First there we no directions in the box, not that big of a deal BUT no connectors to attach the grid work together had it zip tie it for now but NEED the connectors. View answer
