How difficult is it to set up and collapse? I am looking for something for use at craft fairs. Looking at the picture, is the 48" width between the two vertical members, or does it include the sticking out ends of the rod? What is the size when collapsed? View answer

How stable is the black finish on these racks? I bought a similar black rack once and the black finish easily chipped off from the hangers coming into contact with it and fell all over the clothes hanging below? Will this be an issue? View answer
