What is the leg width at bottom? If i zip tie peg board to it, will it withstand a windy day. Can get pretty windy where i live. Just wonder bcus most of my events will be outside. Thanks View answer

So these racks are good for holding many clothes for a garage sale? I will probably buy 4-6 of them as we have a lot of clothes to hang. Will they hold up to the weight and not topple if not supported at the bottom of the legs? View answer
