I called and asked what the pipe measurement is so I can order the flange elsewhere as u r sold out. I was told they are 1 1/4" diameter, which is very thick. I see on here, someone asked the same question and was told 4". What is the actual diameter? View answer

I work at a Museum and have several large photos in frames that I need to store. I am wondering in what direction the hooks are? As you look at it mounted, are they on a side or straight on? Would this work for storing 5 hanging photos in frames? View answer
