I called and asked what the pipe measurement is so I can order the flange elsewhere as u r sold out. I was told they are 1 1/4" diameter, which is very thick. I see on here, someone asked the same question and was told 4". What is the actual diameter? View answer

Regarding: Wall Mount Straight Faceout - Chrome 12" 39101. What is the base metal for this product? Due to the fact I will be mounting these to 2x4 studs, the only holes to use are the top and bottom. I will need to re-drill and use stouter screws. View answer

Is there a keyhole fitting on the back of the hook so it will hang from a xxxx or nail in the wall? If not, it isn't clear to me how this attaches to the wall since there are no visable holes for screws. Thank you. View answer
