I have one of these tag guns, BUT the needle flew out and the pin on the other side did too. I cant seem to load a new needle that it will stay in? When I place a TAG ON , INCERT IT INTO THE FABRIC, IT SHOTS THE NEEDLE , TAGE AND ALL OUT. Help Sorry about

When loading the plastic tags, it won't click in place like the video says. I can't get this to work. They just fall out and don't attach or gets jammed. I've reinserted the needle several times and it's in very good. Very frustrated.
