how wide is the paddle? My price tags have a whole that is 6.35mm the paddle to be wider than that. If these don't work, do you have other barbs that would be bigger than 6.35mm? View answer

can i see apicture of one of the 5" fasteners on a ruler so I can understand the exact size? or better yet can I get a sample of one? My application requires it to go through a specific size hole and if its too big it wont work for me. View answer

I've �been using this gun for several years and love it. Recently its been having issues with the tagging fasteners not automatically go down into place. This causes a lot of waste and frustration. Does this mean the gun needs to be replaced?? View answer
