I'm having trouble with my SSW tagging gun. I just purchased it and I can't get it to work. I slide the fasteners in but they won't feed through the needle. It just jams and won't move. Am I doing something wrong? View answer

I noticed they are marked as "security loop fasteners". how does someone get them off after they purchase the items? do you need a special machine for it or can it be snipped off? View answer
