What hardware is required to assemble the top railing of the heady duty blue z clothes rack? I believe that some hardware is missing. The box arrived with a hole in it and some of the screws and bolts had fallen into the box. View answer

It's noted that this caster is non-marking nylon. Another manufacturer told me that nylon will mark a hardwood floor, though, and that I should get a urethane wheel. Can you clear this up. Is yours non-marking on hardwood or just on carpet? Thanks View answer
