I don't know how these clamp on...there are xxxx holes only on the inside of the outside rails that these should clamp or xxxx too. The holes do not go all the way through the vertical rails. I want the rails lower than in the photo. View answer

Need a solid base sign holder like Raw Steel Countertop Sign Holder. Needs to hold an 81/2" x 11" sign. Would be used outdoors monthly for a few hours. Base needs to be sturdy and sign not too high from the ground so the wind doesn't take it. Suggestions View answer
