Can I see the clamp that holds these onto the double z rack system. I ask as we purchased a box of these and have found that they can only be attached to the uprights mid way or down lower as the upright bar is larger then closer to the top. Thank you View answer

How can you hang clothes BENEATH clothing already on the rack on top? Unless these rails are not beneath, but about 2 feet OUTSIDE the upper rack. I can't enlarge the picture and can't see if that is so. View answer
