The sign holder measures 5 1/2" x 7" and it appears the extra 1/2" is at the base. Must you cut the cards to those measurements or is there something to prevent the 5 x 7 inch card from dropping all the way down to the bottom of the base? View answer

Are these easily repairable if some of the lights burn out? I ordered this from you in the past and I absolutely love this sign but half of my "O" has burnt out. I am debating whether this can be fixed or do I just throw it out? View answer
