Can these Double Loop Adhesive Label holders be taken off the grid and reused or placed in a different location or is the label wasted if you put it on the grid and then need to move it?? View answer

I bought 2 of these to mount on a 2 way rack with 2 slant square arms. How do I mount the signs? I also purchased 2 "C" Clamps for 3/8 Thr Stem Fits but the sign holder doesn't fit! Need instructions View answer
