What is the widest item the clip will clamp onto? I have seen many that will open to clamp a 1 inch shelf. I need to clamp a 2 inch shelf. We are a bicycle retailer. View answer

It says it attached to a self. Does the bottom join bend/swivel like an elbow joint, so I could clip it onto self then bend it up to attach a sign at the other end? If not do you have one that does do this? Thanks! View answer
