I bought two of these lights a couple of years ago. One worked and the other did not. I put it aside to get a new bulb. I just found out it can't be replaced. Is there any thing I can do? The other works great, but the one only worked a week. View answer

Do I have to slide it in from the side? I have many panels along one wall and they are not perfectly aligned. Will I be able to use these inserts without having to slide them across multiple panels to get to the middle panel. View answer

I have bought the bullnose shelves and 12 inch metal brackets. The shelves do not "lock in" or line up with the brackets whatsoever. I can easily move the shelf about an inch side to side and it's not secure front or back. I'm I doing something wrong? View answer
