What does the user see when setting what to print? My current price gun requires me to set S for zero, K for 3, etc. It is a pain. I want to see exactly what is going to print on the label when I set it. Does this gun do that? View answer

Can you tell me if there is replacement ink for these price guns? One of our stores is in need and the picture of the ink they sent me says M Tex 16 mm. Do these guns take this kind of ink and if so where do I get the replacements. Thanks!! View answer

My 2-line labeler is printing out of alignment. I checked; it's free of stickers inside, nothing seems to stuck/jammed, it feeds like it should, & I've tried a different rolls of labels (all purchased through SSW). Is there an alignment video? View answer
