My 2-line labeler is printing out of alignment. I checked; it's free of stickers inside, nothing seems to stuck/jammed, it feeds like it should, & I've tried a different rolls of labels (all purchased through SSW). Is there an alignment video? View answer

why do you no longer handle the Monarch 1130? I currently have 10 of the 1130's in use, they are starting to wear out, but I have lots of labels to use up yet. So I do not want to switch to a different gun that uses different labels. View answer

If the 2 line pricing gun does NOT print the alphabet I'm not sure why I would want 2 lines. What is the purpose. I want to put stock numbers as well but some of them have letters in the them. Sorry if silly question. View answer

Can you tell me if there is replacement ink for these price guns? One of our stores is in need and the picture of the ink they sent me says M Tex 16 mm. Do these guns take this kind of ink and if so where do I get the replacements. Thanks!! View answer

What does the user see when setting what to print? My current price gun requires me to set S for zero, K for 3, etc. It is a pain. I want to see exactly what is going to print on the label when I set it. Does this gun do that? View answer
