I have the SSW 2-line and the plastic clip that holds the ink roller broke when the ink was getting replaced. Is there someway I can get just the ink holder clip replaced? We bought our gun only several months ago so it should be under warranty.

I am afraid I really don't like the way this particular gun operates. The labels do not easily come off from the backing, so they don't easily adhere the products I am trying to mark. Could it be that the labels themselves are old?

I need a heavy duty gun for my thrift store. I currently use Monarch, but after a year or so, the bands break and are expensive to repair. When I've bought cheap pricing guns, the labels don't have much stick to them, and fall off of the merchandise.
