Can you please tell me the size of the needle and/or the size of the hole that it makes. I am ordering custom labels & the printing company needs to know the size hole to cut into the labels. Can't have the labels slipping off the plastic string. View answer

Is there a secret to making these things work? I insert the fastener 94-106 into the slot but it doesn't connect with it to go through the needle nose? I pushed the button on the bottom when inserting tabs and watched the You Tube video to no avail View answer
