Please provide a link to Assembly Instruction PDF link that works. Are there supposed to be xxxx holes in the top bar through which to xxxx the 2 screws (top & bottom) in the brace clamp? Can't get the clamps to sit tight. It all falls apart. View answer

extenders were formerly available and p. Top cross bar fit into extender without any additional hardware. The two I recently purchased did not have the " bumpers" to keep the rack from damaging furniture Why wasn't this shipped as in previous orders

Purchased one of these and the cross rail is too short by approximately 2 inches. It reaches just into the clamps at each end of the rack but not enough to secure it with the provided screws -- so it hangs precariously there.
