This is the biggest piece of garbage to try to assemble. The nuts won't tighten for the crossbar, nor will half for the base assembly. How do I send it back? I believe the item I received is defective. I want a full refund including shipping.

Purchased one of these and the cross rail is too short by approximately 2 inches. It reaches just into the clamps at each end of the rack but not enough to secure it with the provided screws -- so it hangs precariously there.

extenders were formerly available and p. Top cross bar fit into extender without any additional hardware. The two I recently purchased did not have the " bumpers" to keep the rack from damaging furniture Why wasn't this shipped as in previous orders

How do I get a refund? Do I have pay to have it shipped back to you? This product states it hold up to over 200 pounds, that is incorrect. I put my garments on there and the poles continue to slide down. I ordered 2 of these racks based on the reviews!
