Are the bottom brackets that attach the piping to the wall moveable? For instance, if there was an obstruction such as heating ventilation along the floor, could the bottom bracket be positioned to attach to the wall above the the ventilation? View answer

I'm reading the catalog, reviews and the Q & A and am a little confused: The Outrigger is 18" from the wall, but the Straight Bar Brackets are 13" from the wall? How do these brackets work to create the look that is found on page 35 in the latest catalog? View answer

purchased these with the vintage system. I guess you are aware these bars are shorter than the brackets that attach to the wall by 6"!!! Why would you sell these with this system? Where are the correct brackets that reach the wall? View answer

Hi, wondering what parts do I need for the outrigger display? Besides the Hangrails and end caps? I plan to use the 8ft pole, is that wide enough for 2 hang rails side by side? or would the 4ft work for displaying 2 hangrails on 1 rod? Thank you! View answer

just recently ordered the 60825 (2) along with some 60832's, (love them!) but these are 12" and the uprights are 18"! Please advise as I would like to fit an 18"w shelf....do you have the 18" shelf arms? View answer

You said the outside diameter of the pipe was 4". Are you not talking about circumference when you refer to the outside measurement? Because a pipe with a 4" diameter is huge - about the size of an orange. View answer

Since the U shape hang rail is 2 foot & the hang rail is 4 foot-- can you use 3 outlander pieces with one 2 foot apart & the next 4 foot apart & just use a center one to attached both hangrails to? View answer
